This hat is gorgeous, but it should have been shipped in a box. It was sent folded in a thin plastic bag, and the creases will not come out. It's not floppy at all. it's crinkled and sad like a paper boat. There are also pieces of straw coming sticking out. It looks like something I would get from Wish or Shein. After spending almost $45 bucks for let's face it, a "sun hat" I expected it to come in a box. I ordered the hat on June Friday, June 17th, and it just arrived today, Wednesday, June 28th.
