Add a Underskirt for a little extra poof (without the bulk). Skirt measures 26" from waist seam to hem, and features deep pockets.

Absolutely love this skirt! I get so many compliments and enjoy being a bit 'villainous' at times! I do have to say to size up. It does not have any give at all, but size up and you'll be OK.
