I purchased a 2XL, my measurements are 43-37 (38DD). The top will fit after either pinning or stitching some of the pleats down. It just needs a little minor altering, and would even look good on a smaller than mine bust in this size. The way the top is pleated, it gives you some working room for arranging the fabric. It fits great in the waist.

Great top, but could be made better to fit better!

The great thing about PUG tops is that they often feature adjustable straps, and for this top in particular that is a godsend. If you want to be a bit less bustalicious you can tighten up the straps to get a bit more coverage, but more than that the adjustment means that for women like myself, who have a decent rack but aren't toting a full cart full of fresh juicy melons, tightening the straps means you can make sure this top looks just as flattering on yourself as for women who have a little more cleavage to fill their cups.
In white this top can be paired with practically anything, and the great fabric choice and brilliant PUG construction means it molds to your form in a flattering manner without clinging to any bumps. It's reasonably priced, too, and will last, so overall it's a great staple piece for your wardrobe.
One note is that it will crease when you sit, especially if you've got it layered beneath petticoats, a circle skirt and a belt. But that's not exactly a big deal, just have the iron on hand before your next wear.
