International Shipping Information
We offer Free Shipping for non-US orders of $350.00 or more (excluding tax and shipping). - For a limited time, all international orders qualify for $28.00 flat rate shipping.
- Please note, due to new restrictions from FedEx, we are unable to ship packages to Russian addresses at this time. We hope that this is a temporary restriction from FedEx, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
- International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
- International Shipments take roughly a week however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.
General Shipping Information
Orders placed M-F before 10AM PST should ship the same business day, unless we are experiencing extreme order volume during the Holidays or following a Site Wide Sale. Orders placed after 10AM PST, or on the weekends, will ship out the next business day.
- FedEx Ground shipments are scheduled to arrive between 1-5 business days from the date they are shipped.
- FedEx 2 Day shipments are scheduled to arrive 2 business days after the order has shipped.
- FedEx Overnight is scheduled to arrive next business day after an order has shipped.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by location and parcel size. To obtain a shipping estimate, please go to your Shopping Cart and fill out the Estimate Shipping and Tax form to receive a quote.
- Deliveries will be made Tuesday-Saturday with the FedEx option of Home Delivery.
- Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday using FedEx 2 Day, Overnight, International and APO/AFO options.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 2-day shipping times to customers with a PO Box address. Deliveries may be delayed an additional day or two due to USPS delivery schedules.
- Orders paid via PayPal may be subject to a 24 hour delay before shipping.
- Orders are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery for your protection; for domestic orders, $8.25 will be deducted from your return if the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts and returned to us. You can, of course, contact FedEx to reschedule your shipment or to pick it up from them directly!
- Please note orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.
- All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS.
- APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS as required by law.
- Because of our expedited order processing we cannot make product substitutions once an order has been placed. We also cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or combine orders once they are placed during times of high order volume.
- If you have any delivery exceptions with your order, notify us within 5 business days (M-F) of your expected delivery day so that we can file a report with the parcel carrier. We cannot be financially responsible for expenses incurred if you do not report your issue to us within this time frame.
*Business days refers to Monday through Friday and we are closed on the observed dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.Our customer service hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 8am-5pm PST.
