Arrived quickly, but couldn't get into dress! Obviously larger women don't have big "girls" according to this company! If there had been a zipper in the back there would not have been a problem. The whole look of a pin up girl is showing off your figure, so a non stretch lace fabric without a zipper means you should order a size two to three times bigger than you wear. Quality is awesome, just wish I could wear it.
Bottom line I fell in love with this dress and can not believe the reason I'm sending it back is due to not being able to get it over my boobs! I ordered a size larger than the chart said I would need!

I really wanted to love this dress but it was really tight around the shoulders and the petticoats (three) made me look as if I was about to give birth any day. The sleeves are made out of incredibly itchy material that makes a wool blanket seem comfortable. This is my first order and I'll be returning it as soon as I can.

I wouldn't purchase it because it's not true to size. Looks beautiful online but it looks like something I would wear for Halloween in person. The shoulder area of the dress pokes and is bothersome. I returned it and still haven't received my money back. Don't even try to order it.

This is in UK sizes and hasn't been converted! So I bought a size 20 expecting it to be a US 20, and it is waaay too small in the bust. Unfortunate as it's so cute.

Fit is bad. Pretty much impossible to get on, especially if you have broader shoulders. I bought this dress 2 sizes bigger and I couldn't even get it on past my elbows.

I bought the dress during a sale a few weeks ago and was sad that I initially had to return it. The size 18 I bought turned out to be a UK 18 and well my shrinking body hadn't shrunk that much yet. I found the designer's website and matched the right size up and exchanged it for a 22. That fit like a glove around my upper torso and flowed out nicely at the waist. The mesh is cute and makes the dress more fun to play in and with. Getting out of the dress took a little bit of wiggling and assistance but after that it slid off quickly. I think I'm going to find a dress bag to protect it until I need to wear it but I'm glad that I bit the bullet and grabbed it. It's classy and cute and made me feel like a vintage doll.

I ordered my normal size, a 24, expecting it to fit like a normal sized-24 item. If your boobs are any larger than what would be considered "small" this dress will NOT work for you. Mine are Cs or Ds depending on band size (sister sizes you know) and they're fairly proportional to my size 24 body, id say. It was a tight squeeze and I was very saddened :(
