So my advise is stick to your measurements do not order up.

However, I'm very disappointed that the new Jenny dresses are much longer than the ones I've purchased in the past. The skirt length on both of the new XS Jennys I've ordered is 26", compared with 23" on my older Jennys. This used to be one of the only items from PUG that I didn't have to pay to hem; I'm sorry that they choose to lose the petite-friendly length.
I always check the measurements before I buy, and I wish they would more reliably fill out the length information. Hemming such a full skirt is expensive (especially if you want to make sure it will come out even in the end), and I appreciate knowing in advance when I'm making a purchasing decision whether I need to factor in that additional expense.
Also, this new run of Jennys seems to fit a little snug in the bodice. I think it will relax with time and wear, but if you are between sizes, I would definitely size up.

Having already owned 4 jenny dresses i ordered my usual size xl (i also orderes the purple je.my at same time) and checked size chart as i always do.
I Got my order this wk... and this dress isnt true to size chart in the waist and underbust. :( :(
Id say this dress is about 32-33 inches max in waist... when i could squeeze my 35 waist into other xl jennys with firmness. I hope i can stretch it out a little in time. Still a gorgeous dress. Very well made as alwatys.
