I love this print because it reminds me of Mushu from Mulan! Aka one of my favorite characters. Fantastic fit and very comfortable to be in. (Posted on 9/17/2014)

I absolutely fell in love with the dragon print on this dress so I HAD to have it! It is a gorgeous dress, but was not impressed with the construction of the bust on this. The underneath liner is bunched up and you can see it through the blue fabric. I have not worn this dress because I feel I would be self conscious that the flaw in the bust is so noticeable, and that's not how I want to feel wearing a dress like this! Love the dragon print section on this dress though! (Posted on 9/16/2014)
In Defense of the Small-Busted Review by Allie

Right off the bat, let me say: I've been hesitant to order this dress for months, just because all the reviews commented on how generous the bust was. As a XS with 33-24-36 measurements, all the reviews led me to believe I was sized out. But I finally took a chance, and you should do the same. The bust IS generous, as in stretchy--if I were a C-cup I could easily fit into it, too. But it fits, even clings, to my smaller A-cup bust.

The colors are possibly even more vibrant in real life--the dragons and clouds are actually accented with pink, daffodil, periwinkle, and white--so the print is not as "primary" in color as you might believe from the photos. And the peasant top is SUCH a rich and beautiful blue. The skirt portion is the minimally stretchy fabric that you get in a dress like the Erika, so be aware of that when considering your size.

This dress looks effortless, feels high-quality and flatters EVERY curve. The only downside is how long I waited to bite the bullet! And the service was outstanding, as per usual. :) You've got a customer for life in me, PUG team. (Posted on 3/29/2014)

This dress looks great in the pictures, but it's even more amazing in real life. The colors are so vibrant and I just love the print. I am definitely planning on getting this dress in the black and white rose and whatever new prints it comes out in.

The fit is great and true to the size chart, with maybe an extra inch or two in wiggle room with the hips and bust. You may want to order up if you have a larger rib cage, though, because where the top and skirt are sewn together doesn't stretch. My measurements are 37-24-36 and got an XS. The skirt follows my curves and while it does loosen up a bit as you wear it. I am fairly busty (I wear a 28HH/J bra) and the top fit me much better than I worried it would. It does give me slightly pointed boobs with little pockets of open space, but that's because the the swell of breasts/where my nipples are is 1.5-2" higher than where the dress expects them to be. I have less of a point with unlined versus lined bras, so I'm thinking that people whose breast are more full on the bottom shouldn't have this problem.

Also, I really love that the dress goes high enough under the armpits so that it completely covers all my bras from the side while still giving me full range of movement with my arms. The arms are elasticized, so they should be able to fit a range of upper arm sizes comfortably.

Finally, I like that there's a hook at the top of the zipper. It makes zipping yourself up a lot easier especially because the top is elasticized and I can hook it and then pull the top up and pull the arms through. (Posted on 12/4/2013)

I really love this dress, it does size on the small side (I am small and wear size xs) the skirt fits like a glove and yes the bust is on the larger side, but because of the design you cant really notice, I just put a couple of small stiches in the bust lining to the elastic - end of problem! It is such a great dress with beautiful big dragons in vibrant colours- its worth the effort If you love attention, this is the dress for you. (Posted on 12/4/2013)

The good:
The pattern is gorgeous, and the colours are very vibrant. I love the longer length as well. The way this dress is designed, it draws the eye vertically, visually slimming the wearer, and then across the top of the bodice, so it is very good for balancing out a slightly bottom-heavy figure. l I find this dress to be a tad on the roomier side overall than other PUG wiggle dresses.

The possibly not so good:
The top is quite large, better suited for a very large chest. I fit right into the 2XL measurements (presently 45-37-48), but the top is still too loose on me, even with a padded bra (!?). With a natural 45" bust, I'm kind of swimming in the 2XL top. It has a structured liner that looks quite a bit like an old fashioned bra underneath, so if you're fine with that pointy look, no problem. However, if you prefer a more rounded looking bust, you may have to remove the lining and ramp up the padding in your bra. You also won't really have any cleavage showing unless you have a very large bust. I'm going to have to take the waist in on this one, because there is quite a bit of room, even though I am at the top end of the chart for waist measurement.

This dress is definitely most suitable for hourglass figures with a full bust. On the right type of figure, this dress is absolutely killer!

The concept of a strong pattern on the bottom and a solid on the top works beautifully to hide lumps and bumps, as well as wrinkles from sitting. It also is one of the most visually slimming type of designs.
Even if they keep making these dresses with the tops overly large like this, I will keep buying them and having them altered, because on my type of figure, with a bit of work, they are very flattering.

I'm soo bummed. I've had my eyes on this dress for a while now and I really had my hopes up. The colors in the dragon design are vibrant and beautiful-looked fantastic, When I tried to put it on I ran into the same problems mentioned in previous reviews. The Bottom fit like a pencil and top was huge and bunchy, actually made my 34Ds look pointy. There were threads in the chest lining that were coming undone. I love the dragon design but unfortunately I will have to return..Bummed : ( (Posted on 12/4/2013)

I originally bought this in Large, and the bottom fit perfectly, but the top I couldn't get zipped (I have a large ribcage, I think - the ladies are a mere C). So I got an XL and the bottom is loose but the top fits great, with just a little bit of gaping in the back - totally manageable.

I had to cut out the lining in the front of the top, it was puckering and made me look like I had lumpy boobs. Then I had the problem of the material clinging to my chest and looking weird. So, I bought a basic black bandeau top (like a tube top, no pockets, just a band) to wear over my bra, and it looks just right, and is much more comfy. I am a size 12, with excess tummy, and a pair of high-waisted slimming nylons did just the trick to make the dress look awesome. (Posted on 12/4/2013)

I so wanted to love this dress- the colors are amazing!! I got it in a size medium as I am between a small and a medium and the size chart says to order up. The bottom/skirt part fits just like their pencil skirt- tight like a glove and looks great.

It's the top that is all off. My bra measurements are 34D and this top was way too big, gaping, and the inner black lining is not fully sewn onto the blue mesh material so there is all this puckering and weirdness going on and the black lining shows up/was coming up higher than the blue part. If your bust size does not match up to your waist size for this sizing I would NOT order this dress. (Posted on 12/4/2013)
