Returns and Exchanges
Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us f you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Pinup Girl clothing is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores.
- Customer Service can be reached via phone at 855-306-6909 or by submitting a ticket to us. Outside of the U.S. please call us at (909)-509-5614. You may also submit a request to us via Live Chat between the hours of 8AM - 5PM PST, Monday through Friday.
- Items described as "Final Sale" or “Yardsale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that are being returned/exchanged should be shipped to: 739 E. Cedar Street, Ontario, California 91761, USA.
- Items purchased at PinupGirlClothing.com must be returned or exchanged via our website and online Customer Service representatives. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any brick and mortar store, including the Pinup Girl Boutique in Burbank, CA.
- If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund, 15-30 days for store credit, and after 30 days you will be contacted to purchase a ship charge so the merchandise can be returned to you, or destroyed at your expense. If the exchanged size is returned, you can return it for PinupGirlClothing.com Store Credit only. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
- Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
- You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to PinupGirlClothing.com only. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. The RA number will be issued to you after you contact us via phone, ticket, or Live Chat. When requesting a return authorization (RMA) for a damaged item, please describe the issue in detail before shipping it back to us.
- Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or your package will be returned back to you.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. If there is a split between store credit and credit card, then store credit will be refunded first, then the credit card. We understand the importance of processing these returns and are doing our best to handle as quickly as possible. Refunds/store credits typically take 7-10 days from the date we receive your return.
- Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground, $27 Standard Overnight, or $42 for International.
- The following items are non-returnable unless you receive a damaged item:
Lingerie; Shapewear; Cosmetics; Fragrances; Toiletries; DVDs in which the protective wrapping has been removed by the customer; Items marked as 'Final Sale' or ‘Yardsale’ at the time of purchase.
- Swimwear is returnable, however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
- Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

- Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA.
- We offer only one exchange per order.
- If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size for you, please contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to qualify for an exchange. If the return arrives after 30 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item, you will have the usual 14 days from date of that delivery to qualify for a refund, 15-30 days to qualify for store credit).
- Exchanges are allowed for size only. Simply include the size you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange. If you would like the same style in another color, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the other color.
- If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy.
- You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
- All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
