Returns and Exchanges

• Need to Return an item? Log into your account and click on "Product Returns" on the left navigation menu to start your return process

• Any Exchange requests must be submitted to Customer Service directly. Our automated return system cannot process exchange requests.

• Customer Service can also be reached via Live Chat or Inquiry Ticket at the Pinup Support Site

• Any claim for a defective or not as described item must be made within our 14 day refund period. Claims submitted between 15-30 days will be eligible for replacement item if available, or store credit if not.

• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted

• The RA number will be issued to you after you contact us via the Pinup Support Site

• Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or your package will be returned back to you.

• Returns received by us within 14 days of receipt by you qualify for refund to your original payment method

• Returns received by us between 15 – 30 days qualify for store credit only

After 30 days all items are Final Sale

• Refunds will be refunded to the original purchase method. If there is a split between store credit and credit card, then store credit will be refunded first, then the credit card.

• Store credit can only be applied to merchandise

• Exchanges are allowed for size only

• Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA

• Simply include the size you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange

• We offer only one exchange per order

• If your size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy

• You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund, exchange, or store credit

• Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers

• Items listed as “On Sale” are Final Sale

• Lingerie, Clubwear, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Fragrances and Toiletries are Final Sale, no returns

• All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition

• Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. After two weeks if you cannot be reached with your provided contact information your ineligible item will be destroyed

• Shipping cost is non refundable unless we ship an item in error

•A maximum of $8.25 USD on domestic orders and $42.00 USD for international orders can be refunded for return shipping on qualifying orders.

• Returns on orders that utilize free shipping codes will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground, $27 Standard Overnight, or $42 for International.

• If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it

• When requesting a return authorization (RMA) for a damaged item, please describe the issue in detail before shipping it back to us
