How to create a return: 

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase email returns@pinupgirlclothing.com with the details of why your returning the product and we will give you an RA# (Return Authorization Number).   This RA# must be written clearly and boldly on the package you return to us or your package will be REFUSED.  No exceptions!  If you make up an RA# we will know and we will refuse the parcel.

Returns received by us within 14 days of when you received your order qualify for our 14 day money back guarantee.  We refund your credit card the purchase price and tax (if applicable) minus shipping charges.  In some cases it may take up to 10 business days to have your original charge returned to your Credit Card. 

Items received 15 to 30 days after you receive your order are eligible for store credit only.  We will email you a code that can be used by you on our website. 

Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return regardless of the reason. After 30 days all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable

We require a copy of your receipt that you received with your package, along with your request for store credit, or refund. We cannot accept for return any item that does not include a copy of your receipt. 

Shoes and boots MUST be returned in their original box in the condition they were received - with no tape, stickers, labels or markings added - they will be refused if they have been used, as we cannot re-sell them. 

Lingerie/Underwear, Clubwear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, and Toiletries are not returnable and not refundable. 

Items "On Sale" with the sale price listed in RED are clearance items and are a final sale and cannot be returned to us nor exchanged with us for any reason and are yours for ever. 

Packages that come back to us undeliverable or packages which are refused by the customer without permission from Pin Up Girl will have their return shipping cost deducted from their store credit amount.

 
International customers who refuse to pay their taxes/duties or otherwise cause the package to bounce back to us will have the return shipping deducted from their store credit. This is done because the return shipping is billed back to Pin Up Girl. 

Returns on orders that utilize free shipping offers:

The customer agrees and understands that if they received free shipping and they return a portion or entire order they will have shipping costs deducted from their refund or store credit amount.  For domestic orders this amount will be $8.25 for international this amount will be $42.00 

If you feel you have placed an order in error and that you need different size or color of one of our products, we suggest you place another order for the desired product. Then email us to obtain an RA# write it on the package and return your original order. When we receive your original order back, you will be refunded for your first order minus shipping and already have the replacement in your hands.  .

HALLOWEEN RETURNS  

All items sold in our online store are subject to the above stated return policy, with the exception of: Halloween Costumes and Accessories(seasonal items). Halloween Costumes and Accessories may be returned subject to our standard return policy until October 15th of the year in question. Any Halloween Costume or accessory received by us after October 15th is "Final Sale" and not returnable. If sent back your package will be refused. So, if you place your order after, or even a few business days before the 15th, consider your purchase to be Final Sale, since time will not permit a return before the 15th. During October, if you need to return your costume or accessory for a different available size (in the same style you purchased), you will be required to contact us via email at RETURNS@Pinupgirlclothing.com to receive an RA# before shipping back your Halloween costume. Any Halloween costumes sent back to us without our authorization will be refused and shipped back to you. All Halloween Costumes, and the Accessories that were purchased for use with the costumes - including shoes - are subject to the above stated policies. Please remember that your order is a contract - and by ordering from us you understand and agree to all of our store policies. 

Returnable items must be in "Sellable Condition". In short, this means that we must receive your returned item in the same condition you received it. In detail, this means that worn, soiled, altered, or damaged items, or items in soiled or damaged packaging, will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you. Packages must arrive at our offices within 14 days from the time you received your order. After 14 days, store credit will be issued without exception. After 30 days you will not be able to return your order at all. 

When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. 

Under no circumstances will we accept refused (Includes "undeliverable" and "return to sender") packages for return. Refused orders will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit for the cost of the item only. Any ship charges are non-refundable. Orders must be mailed to us as stated above in order for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your credit/refund to be processed. 

If by chance you receive your item and it arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will gladly arrange to have the correct/non-damaged item sent to you. Items received damaged or not as described are eligible for replacement only.

ORDERING INFORMATION  

You may order online, or by mail. We are currently not taking phone orders.
When you place your order, you must provide us with valid contact information. We will not fill orders which contain invalid e-mail addresses or phone numbers. You must provide us with a correct billing address, which matches the billing address for your credit card. If this address does not match, your order will be immediately voided, so please be sure to enter the correct billing information.
We cannot accept Visa or Mastercard gift cards at this time.


BACKORDERS AND WAIT LISTS  
Your credit card is charged by us for the total amount of your order the day you place your order. Any item that cannot ship is refunded via you original payment method and an email is sent notifying you the sold out item. We no longer hold back orders. If you are interested in an item that is not in stock, we do keep waiting lists for those items. You will be notified by email when the item you are waiting for is back in stock. To submit a wait list request simply click the "Don't see your size?" tab on any item page and enter the size you want, your name and your email and you will be notified immediately when the item is available.
LARGE ORDERS  

Internet merchants are especially vulnerable to chargebacks from customers using credit cards which do not belong to them. Because of this, we may require that your order be shipped to your billing address only, if the order amount is higher than usual. We will not ship your order to any other address, if this is the case.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD    

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding fraudulent credit card use. Our agressive stance towards internet fraud is the only way we can keep our losses to a minimum and continue to serve our loyal customers. We will report all attempts at fraud to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center (https://www.ifccfbi.gov/), and local authorities will be alerted.

PAYMENT METHODS  

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We're sorry, but we no longer accept payment by Check Or Money Order. We went three years without any bad checks, but unfortunately, that has changed, and due to the actions of an irresponsible few, we now only accept Credit Card and Paypal Payments.


AVAILABILITY  

"Availability" is generally defined as the amount of time we needed to ship your item as we had two warehouse locations. We now have one location so all “Availability” should be 1 to 2 days depending on the time the order is placed. We are in the process of changing this on our item web pages.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING  

We are now offering free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 to help you maximize your savings. No coupon code needed - your ground ship charge will automatically default to zero as soon as you put $150 worth of merchandise in your cart. International customers, use coupon code ccfreeair on any order over $250!

Please note only one coupon code can be used on any one order.

We require a signature for all packages sent, be it via our standard shipping methods, or Federal Express Overnight. Please keep this in mind and have your item sent to an address where you will be available to sign for the package.

Our packaging is discreet. We ship in standard FedEx boxes or plain mailing boxes with only our return address on the box.

We now ship by Federal Express. All orders placed before 10am PST should ship the same day. All orders placed after 10am PST will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday and we do not offer Saturday delivery. FedEx Ground can take 2-6 business days to arrive from the day a package is shipped, FedEx Standard Overnight can take 1-2 business days from the order is shipped. Shipping Holidays are: Jan. 1, May 26, July 4, Sept. 1, Nov. 27-28, and Dec 25. These holidays are treated as a weekend and will ship the following business day. Federal Express will not leave a package in an unsafe location. If the location is deemed unsafe, it will be available for pickup at the nearest FedEx location. A door tag will be left with the proper information. The shipping/ handling cost for an average order is about $8.25.

We also offer Federal Express (next day air), about $24 for most orders (Can go up to $30+ for very large orders), which is calculated at time of order. We still need the posted Availability time to process and complete your order, so please understand that if you choose this shipping option, you may not receive your order the next day.

APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS as this is the only legal way to get a package to a military installation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Ship rates vary by country, and it is impossible to accurately calculate the shipping cost. Ship rates have also been going up due to rising fuel charges. In order to maintain our standard of quality in our items we have had to pass this cost on to you. We hope this will soon be resolved. At this time, we start with a rate of $42. We recommend ordering along with friends so that you may split the ship cost between you. 

IMPORTANT! Your country may charge you customs duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over. Your country's customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time it so chooses, another factor we cannot control in the least. Please take this into account when ordering internationally.

Ship Time to International destinations usually takes about a week, but could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond our control (like your possibly temperamental customs agent), so please allow up to three weeks for international delivery. 

IF YOU REFUSE a package you will have return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with that order removed from your store credit, should this exceed entire amount you paid for the order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
